Merchandiser

Start Date: April 28

End Date: September 14

Description: Work independently between two stores and three storage locations, you'll analyze displays, transport merchandise, and maintain accurate inventory. Utilizing reports, Excel planograms, and keen insights, you'll strategically optimize displays, ensuring all of our products are on display, and all display space is full. Ideal for organized, self-motivated individuals who enjoy problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze displays and inventory levels

• Operate vehicles to transport merchandise between locations

• Tactically fill displays, emphasizing top sellers

• Liquidate poor-selling items

• Ensure 100% product visibility and display space utilization

• Utilize performance reports, Excel planograms, and photographs for decision-making

• Maintain neat and organized storage rooms

Requirements:

• 21 years or older

• Valid driver's license with no major violations on the record

• Physically able consistently to lift up to 50 lbs, including stairs

• 1 year of experience as a retail merchandiser

• Background check

Pay:

• $18/hour

• $2/hour end of season bonus

• Full time employees work an average of 35 hours per week
