Retail Associate

Start Date: April 28

End Date: September 14

Description: Join our team as a Retail Associate, where customer satisfaction is our priority. Adapt quickly throughout our stores assisting customers, receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and cleaning.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with coworkers to ensure someone has an eye on the checkout area at all times and be ready to assist when lines form.

  • Greet customers as they enter the store.

  • Process transactions.

  • Distribute promotions to customers at the end of each transaction.

  • Receive deliveries: unload trucks, identify delivery discrepancies, attach price tags, restock shelves, and organize back stock for storage.

  • Carry boxes up to 50 lbs in and out of trucks and up and down stairs.

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

  • Additional duties as required

Requirements:

  • 1 year of cashier experience

  • 1 year of customer service experience

  • Background check

Preferred:

  • 1 year of experience in a clothing store

Pay:

  • $16/hour

  • $2/hour end of season bonus

  • Full time employees work an average of 35 hours per week
